Job description

Overseeing service order processing for corporate clients, including new connections, existing connections, relocations, and shifts, utilizing the MIS system.
Ensuring that all corporate client details are up to date in the MIS.
Verifying agreements with corporate clients through the respective sales managers and updating them in MIS.
Sales forecasting and reporting for corporate clients.
Preparing and analyzing corporate collection reports, as well as handling billing and collection.
Managing credit control for corporate clients, ensuring timely payments and contributing to the growth of corporate revenue.
