2. Installation of Internet and testing at Corporate, Residence, Schools and other organizations to ensure that they are working properly.

12. Provide the system records and system designs.
13. Tagging the devices at field and updating at Office.
14. Documenting and reporting on work completed.
15. Checking the devices such as OLT, EDFA, Transmitter, Master, Node etc.
16. Manage the joints such as Enclosure, Bamboo and Tiffin.
17. Locating faults and mobilizing resources within minimal time to counter fault.

The ideal candidate will be self-motived whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn as no two days are the same, and must be IT literate and comfortable using an online database. You’ll be confident when meeting internal and external customer requirements, organised when managing your own workload, and brilliant at communicating when building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of Excel and Word.
• Understanding of IT and Internet would be an advantage.
• Good people skills.
• Pleasing personality with effective communication skill

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.

• Manage broadcast servers, focusing on the CAS, maintain network connections to Subscriber Management System
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Juniper,  and Cisco systems.
• Configure networking devices: Juniper routers, firewall, switches and Cisco switches
